Today, for the first time in a very long time, I was able to get into a ball-supported child's pose (arms extended rather than folded back, ball under my upper chest and head), and relax fully into it. So, so good. Still some added range needed to get into the fully extended version, but this...was...big

I've had a full, unsupported table position for a while now, which was also a huge milestone when it happened.

I'm hoping that next up will be getting downward-facing dog back. The shoulder cannot yet support any weight at the angle required for that pose, but I've recently gotten back to being able to get there in the ball-supported version.

It is stronger, and far less painful, but the recovery of range of motion is so unbelievably slow, it's very frustrating. So I still feel the need to document things as they happen so I can look back and see progress. Progress is good. It'll get there eventually.
